We have recently equipped meeting rooms and upgraded them with Evoko meeting room reservation system that makes it easier to share and use conference rooms.
Conference room availability is now visible at a glance and can be conveniently reserved by staff both on the device itself and remotely (using the calendar system).
The convenient LED display lighting signals from afar whether the room is occupied (red light) or available (green light).
